Sales, team, projects and communication in one AI-assisted system

An intuitive CRM
that teaches you
to work faster.

From the morning you know who to call and who has just opened your offer, and after every call the panel suggests what to do next. You pay a low subscription for the whole company, not per seat, and SMS, calls and AI features are billed by actual usage.

No card required. Data stored in the European Union.

The My Day screen in JSON Hub: a day plan with calls and JSON Meet meetings with a Join button, overdue tasks with a Reschedule menu, offers to follow up marked “viewed 2×, no reply for 5 days”, October goals and a mini pipeline with amounts.

My Day: from the morning a salesperson sees who to call, which offers are waiting for a reaction and who hasn't had a reply.

What makes JSON Hub different

Offer link

You know when the client opened your offer.

You send a link instead of a PDF. The client adjusts the options, sees the new price and clicks “I accept the offer”. The status updates itself.

From lead to project

A won deal becomes a project straight away.

Tasks, a Gantt chart and time tracking are set up for the same client. The project manager takes over with the full history, not a single email.

Ecosystem

Everything you do with a client is recorded on one card.

Phone, JSON Meet meetings, offers, call analysis and CRM work together. Chat, files, projects and HR live in the same system, behind one login and for one price.

How you work

This is what a working day in JSON Hub looks like.

Seven moments from a salesperson's day, each on a real panel screen. For each one you can see the habit the panel builds.

08:30 · A day plan instead of an inbox

The day timeline in My Day: calls and meetings from 11:00 to 16:30 with Log call and Join buttons.

The habit it builds

Start the day with the conversations that move sales forward. Calls and meetings are ordered by time, with “Log call” and “Join” right next to them.

09:10 · Overdue items always on top

The Overdue card: five overdue tasks, oldest first, each with Done and Reschedule buttons and a Tomorrow, Day after tomorrow and Pick a date menu.

The habit it builds

Close overdue tasks straight away instead of carrying them around in your head. The oldest are on top, with “Done” and “Reschedule” in the same row.

10:00 · Every lead has a next step

The No next step card: three leads without a planned contact, each with a Schedule button.

The habit it builds

Never leave a lead without a plan. The “No next step” list shows who needs scheduling, with the “Schedule” button right next to the name.

11:40 · Call when the client comes back to the offer

The Offers to follow up card: the Meblsystem offer viewed twice with no reply for 5 days, the Chmielewski i Wspólnicy offer viewed 3 times, the Datapol offer sent 3 days ago and not opened.

The habit it builds

Call at the right moment. “Viewed 2×, no reply for 5 days” shows who keeps returning to the offer and is waiting for your move.

13:15 · A new lead without retyping

The new lead form: tax ID 933-216-87-11, a Fetch from registry button, the result “Netlux Sp. j., Olsztyn” confirmed, and a warning about a similar lead at the same company.

The habit it builds

Add leads right away, not “later”. Enter the tax ID, the company details come from the official registry, and the panel warns you if the company is already in the CRM.

15:30 · The next step right after the call

The lead card on desktop: a field to log a note, call, email or SMS, a call with the outcome “interested” on the timeline, and a To do list with the task “Check payment status” for Thursday 22.10.

The habit it builds

Log the outcome while the call is still fresh. The outcome and note go onto the lead timeline, and the next dated contact shows up in “To do” straight away.

17:00 · You know if you'll hit your target

My goals for October: won sales 86,500 of 150,000 PLN, meetings 9 of 12, calls 38 of 80 with a pace warning, new deals 6 of 10.

The habit it builds

Watch your pace, not just the end-of-month result. “Behind pace: about 3 calls a day” tells you how much it takes to get there.

The best way to check is on your own data.

One panel

From the first enquiry to the project. In one panel.

Leads, pipeline, offers, forecast, calendar, projects and team all use the same client data. Pick a view to see the screen with sample data.

A lead card where AI suggests the next step

“Summarise the sales status” turns calls and correspondence into the client's sentiment, risks and next steps. The agent next to the card drafts a follow-up or a task, and you approve it. Below it sits the full history: calls, notes, emails, SMS and offers on a single timeline.

See what the AI can do →

  • Company details from the registry by tax ID
  • Duplicate detection and merging
  • CSV import and export
A lead card with the AI agent panel open: suggestions “Summarise calls”, “Prepare a follow-up after the offer” and “Suggest the next step”, an answer with bullet points and sources, and a proposed action “Create a task” with Create and Change buttons.

Swipe the screenshot sideways to see the whole screen.

A pipeline with weighted value

Each stage shows the total and the value weighted by win probability. A card with no activity for 14 days gets a red marker, so no deal is left unattended.

  • Multiple sales processes
  • Win probability at every stage
  • Won and lost deals next to the pipeline
The lead pipeline as a board: New, Contacted, Qualification and Offer columns with totals and weighted value, cards with amounts, due dates and owners, red “14 days without activity” markers.

Offers with a “Viewed” column

You see how many times and when the client opened the offer. From the row menu you can extend validity, duplicate the offer or download a PDF.

  • Drafts, sent, viewed, accepted, expired
  • Offers in Polish, English and German
  • PLN, EUR or USD
The offer list with Drafts, Sent, Viewed, Accepted and Expired tabs, a Viewed column (for example “2× · yesterday”) and a row menu: Extend validity, Preview, Duplicate, Download PDF.

A forecast without a spreadsheet

Open deals by closing month, total and weighted value, compared with the previous period. Overdue deals stand out immediately.

  • 10 sales reports
  • Sales targets
  • Filters: period, department, salesperson
The sales forecast: tiles with open deals of 1,490,300 PLN and a weighted value of 742,100 PLN, a chart by closing month and a stage table with each stage's share of weighted value.

The whole team's calendar

  • Meetings with a JSON Meet link

Offer link

Has the client opened your offer?

You send a link instead of a PDF. The client opens the offer without creating an account, changes options in the calculator and sees the new price straight away. At the end they click “I accept the offer”.

You get a notification in the panel and an e-mail saying “Your offer has been viewed”, and the status updates by itself. You call exactly when the client comes back to the offer.

  • An offer in your company’s colours with your logo: 9 header designs, 12 footers
  • Video, gallery, 3D model preview, testimonials and FAQ inside the offer
  • In Polish, English and German, with PDF export
  • An AI draft of the offer based on the lead’s history. Nothing goes out until you approve it
  • Viewing an offer can trigger an automation, e.g. an e-mail or moving the lead

Example: in a 12-person agency, an offer built from a ready-made catalogue takes 5 minutes, not two hours of working on a file.

AI

The agent shows a plan. You decide.

You type or speak, and the agent searches, prepares and updates data in the CRM. It shows every change as a plan to approve first, and you can undo completed steps with one click.

  • Searches the CRM and conversations
  • Writes e-mails and notes
  • Updates leads and tasks
  • Listens when you dictate

It works within your permissions. Deleting and sending always wait for your confirmation.

Your data and the AI models run on our own infrastructure, without being passed to external AI providers.

AI works across the whole system.

Every AI feature uses the same client card. Nothing reaches the client without your approval.

  • Agent suggestions

The agent flags what needs your attention: after a call, when an offer is about to expire, after a missed call, and for neglected and new leads.

  • Recording, summaries and call analysis

JSON Meet transcribes the meeting, and a note with next steps lands on the lead by itself. The analysis gives a score, objections, buying signals and one tip for the next conversation. See →

  • Lead summary

“Summarise the sales status” turns calls and correspondence into the client’s attitude, risks and next steps.

  • AI offer from the lead card

A draft offer from your catalogue based on the lead’s history. You refine it in the builder and send it when it’s ready.

  • Rules and skills

The agent prepares an automation rule, and you switch it on after reviewing it. Save a repeated command as a skill and run it with one sentence.

  • Costs under control

AI is billed in credits. You set budgets per company, person and feature, and the administrator sees the agent’s activity history.

Call analysis

The conversation stays with the lead. Word for word.

JSON Meet transcribes the conversation, and the transcript and analysis land on the lead. On the call timeline you see buying signals and objections, you search the transcript by keyword, and the score points to one thing to improve in your next call. Items marked Coming soon are in the works.

Call details in JSON Meet: Termo-Bud, heat pump offer presentation, 32 minutes. On the left, “What’s next” with agreements, promises and an unanswered client question, below it “To CRM: 5 suggested changes”. On the right, a player with a signal timeline and the transcript with highlighted passages.

To CRM Coming soon

The lead card fills itself in from the call

Budget, decision date, decision-maker, competitors and changes to the offer land on the lead card as suggestions. Each has a quote and the minute of the call, so you know where it came from. You approve them with one button.

  • Every change comes with a quote from the call
  • A new floor area goes straight into “Recalculate offer”
  • Undo changes for 60 minutes, just like the agent’s actions
To CRM: 5 suggested changes to the Termo-Bud lead card, each with a quote and minute of the call: budget PLN 60–70k net, decision by 31.10.2026, decision-maker the CEO, competitors and a 600 m² hall area with a Recalculate offer button.

Score and coach

One tip for your next conversation

The score shows criteria with quotes from the call, strengths and what to improve, and ends with one specific tip for the next conversation. You set the scoring criteria and tracked topics for your company, and in “My progress” you see how your calls are changing.

  • Scored from the transcript, not the tone of voice
  • Your own scoring criteria and tracked topics
  • Comparison with your company’s won calls Coming soon
The Coach card visible only to the salesperson: one thing for the next call, five call elements with Done, Partly and Missing statuses, and the call’s numbers against the company’s won calls.

On your phone Coming soon

After the meeting, the essentials are already on your phone

Right after the call your phone shows a to-do list, a ready follow-up with a “Send” button, CRM changes to approve, the client question you need to answer, and one tip for the next conversation.

A phone after the call with Termo-Bud: three things to do, a follow-up ready to send, 5 CRM changes, an unanswered question and one tip for the next call.

Call insights Coming soon

What your whole team’s calls teach you

Many calls reveal what one call can’t: the most common objections and how the team handles them, the answer that worked in a won deal, clients’ own words for ads and offers, and deals that need rescuing.

  • The most common objections and how often the team handles them well
  • “Voice of the customer”: phrases clients repeat in their own words
  • Recurring questions you can add to the FAQ in your offers
  • Won and lost calls side by side: what works in your company
Team call insights: the most common objections with the share handled well and the best answer from a won call, the voice of the customer for ads and offers, what works in won and lost calls, and recurring questions.

Meetings, transcripts and analyses land on the same client card as offers and phone calls.

You can also upload calls from outside JSON Meet, such as phone calls, for analysis. Meetings and team chat are included in every plan, and transcription and analysis are billed in credits. Screens show sample data.

FAQ

Before you start

Can't find your question? Write to contact@jsoncrew.com and a JSON Crew representative will reply.

Will my team learn JSON Hub quickly?

A salesperson starts the day on one screen, My Day, and does most of the work from there. On every screen the ? button opens that screen's guide in the Knowledge Center, and a first-steps wizard walks you through setting up your company. If you turn on the AI agent, it will tell you where to click.

How long does onboarding take?

You start with leads and offers, so you can send your first offer on day one. You switch on the other modules later. You can set everything up yourselves or with the JSON Crew team, who will configure your processes, offers and automations for you. We discuss the scope of that onboarding on a call.

What happens after 30 days?

You get a 30-day trial on your own data. You create the account without a card and only add one when the trial ends. If you don't choose a plan, the account switches to read-only, and full access comes back as soon as you choose one.

Do I pay for every person?

No. The price is for the whole company, and plans differ by team size: Start up to 5, Team up to 15, Business up to 50, Growth up to 100, and Enterprise above 100 people. We only count people who log in to JSON Hub. Every plan includes all modules.

How much does the AI agent cost?

The AI agent, call analysis and lead company classification are billed in credits by actual usage. Every plan includes credits each month, and you set the spending limit yourself. Current rates are shown in the panel; billing rules are set out in the terms of service.

Where is my data, and what about AI?

We store data in the European Union. Data and AI models run on our own infrastructure, with nothing passed to external AI providers.

Does my client need an account to open an offer?

No. The offer opens from a link in the browser. The client sees how long the offer is still valid and accepts it with the “I accept the offer” button. Online payment after acceptance (BLIK, bank transfer, deposit) is the “Payment gateway” add-on. A JSON Crew representative will quote it after a short call.

How do I move data from my current system?

You can import leads yourself from a CSV file. We can also move your data for you: clients, contacts, deals with their stages, notes, tasks and products. We go through the details of the switch on a call.

Will JSON Hub replace my accounting software?

No. Invoices stay in your accounting software. JSON Hub runs sales from the first enquiry to offer acceptance, and then the project and the team.

Does JSON Hub work on a phone?

Yes. You install the panel like an app on your phone and computer, straight from the browser. It has My Day and Ask the agent shortcuts.

Try JSON Hub free for 30 days.

Create an account without a card and start working on your own data right away.
